Group and One-to-One Mentoring
Through our network of experienced mentors, we offer bespoke group and one-to-one mentoring programmes to sporting performers. Depending on requirements and budget we can offer face-to-face, remote mentoring or a combination of both using specially developed tools.
The mentors guide individuals through the development of their short and long term goals, followed by a period of continual evaluation and monitoring. The close working partnership enables sporting performers to focus on personal goals and ultimately fulfil their ambitions both in sport and life outside their sport.
Programme Aims
Through the Champions for the Future programme the Westminster Sports Unit identifies and supports gifted young people to participate and progress in their chosen sport.
Five talented young sports performers from the Champions for the Future programme have been selected by the Westminster Sports Unit to benefit from a Mentoring Programme delivered by Kelly Holmes Education.
