Programme Aims

The Programme aims were to bring together Kent’s most promising young performers, their coaches and parents, helping them to focus on what it takes to move up through the ranks to the highest level.

About This Programme

Three partners came together to fund the Sports Education programme in the build-up to London 2012; Kent County Council, the University of Kent and P&O Ferries. The participants were selected by Kent County Council’s Sports Development team and supported through their own FANS membership scheme.
